Elaine D. Brooks, 79, of Fairless Hills, Pa., died Sunday, June 13, 2004, at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, Pa., surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Brooks was born in Phila., Pa. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Ethel Kavanagh, wife of the late William Jermyn, sister of the late Thomas Kavanagh and grandmother of the late Caroline Kopcho. She was a graduate of St. Hubert's High School in Phila., Pa., a 52 year resident of Fairless Hills and a longtime communicant of St. Frances Cabrini Parish. She was known for her love of life, dancing with her husband and sharing time with family and friends at her pool. She was deeply devoted to her family and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Mrs. Brooks was the beloved wife of 28 years to George H. Brooks; the devoted mother of Denise Kopcho and her husband Robert of Yardley, Pa. and Richard Jermyn and his wife Teresa of Holland, Pa.; the loving grandmother of Brian, Kristin, Alaina, Greg, Marc, Kelly and Alison; and dear sister of Mary (Ginny) Cherry and her husband, William of Trevose, Pa.; and dear sister-in-law of Barbara Kavanagh of Willow Grove, Pa.; and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Thursday, June 17, 2004, 9:30 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Church, Fairless Hills, Pa. Rite of Committal will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, Pa.
