Miletta Bentz, Harvey, N.D.
Miletta Bentz, 98, Harvey, died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2003, in St. Aloisius Hospital, Harvey.
Miletta Anna Keller was born Dec. 24, 1904, near Harvey, where she grew up and attended school. On Nov. 13, 1924, she married George G. Bentz, Jr., near Harvey. They lived and farmed near Harvey. They moved into Harvey in 1953. She worked in the kitchen at the Harvey Café and was a janitor at First Lutheran Church for 19 years. He died in 1986.
She is survived by a son; Don (Joyce), Jamestown, N.D.; five daughters, Irene Hauser, Martin, N.D., Lenora Hughes, Jamestown, Pearl Swang, Harvey, Violet (Calvin) Buxa, Anamoose, N.D., Elaine Baumgartner, Fargo; three brothers, Herbert, Wixom, Mich., Ted, Warren, Mich., Edward, Billings, Mont.; two sisters, Alvina Lind, Bay City, Mich., Lorene Koenig, Fessenden, N.D.; 18 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Today from 1 to 5 in the Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey.
Funeral: Sunday at 2 in First Lutheran Church, Harvey.
Burial: Sunnyside Cemetery, Harvey.
