DONOVAN, Rita A. (Kelly) Of Dedham formerly of Roslindale and Brighton, December 10, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Joe Donovan. Devoted mother to Thomas and his wife Elizabeth of Medfield, William and his wife Ruth of Dedham, Barbara Smith of Attleboro and Richard of Dedham. Cherished grandmother to Thomas, Karen Kierce, Robert, Jason, Amy Schmidt and Courtney Smith. Also survived by seven devoted great-grandchildren. Rita is predeceased by her parents William and Gertrude (Jones) Kelly and her brothers and sisters, Gertrude Lordan, Anastasia, William, Mabel Fitzpatrick, Mary, Catherine Freno, Thomas and Harry. Close friend of Brenda Des Lauriers, her devoted caregiver. Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., DEDHAM, Saturday at 8 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Susanna Church, Dedham at 9 am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 pm. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Ritas memory to the Edmundite Missions, 1428 Broad St., Selma, AL 36701.
