Dorothy E. Kelly, age 92, of Dorchester, died peacefully, Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at the Boston Medical Center after a brief illness.
She was born in Boston, raised and educated in Boston schools and has lived in Dorchester most of her life. She had also lived several years in Quincy and South Boston.
Miss Kelly was a presswoman in the printing department for the Liberty Mutual Life Insurance Company in Boston for thirty-eight years and retired in 1983.
She was always a very generous supporter of various Catholic charities and missions.
Beloved daughter of the late William E. and Margaret (McGowan) Kelly.
Dorothy was the last of eight siblings and is survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
