Beatrice (Tedeschi) Kelly, of North Weymouth, at the age of 88, died late Wednesday evening surrounded by her family. Originally from Jamaica Plain, she moved to North Weymouth where she lived for over fifty years. She volunteered at St. Colettas in Braintree worked as a home health aide and was also employed by Grossmans. Bea touched the hearts of many people. Her strong sense of family helped inspire many traditions with her children and grandchildren including fall trips to New Hampshire, weekly Sunday dinners and Fourth of July celebrations. Her family will miss her greatly. She was the wife of the late John J. Kelly and mother of the late Thomas J. Kelly. She is survived by her daughter Paula and her husband William Boudreau of Abington, her son Michael Kelly of East Bridgewater and her son John Kelly and his wife Jean of Whitman. She was the grandmother of Christine Banks and her husband Michael of Norwood, Jacqueline Heald and her husband Gary of Abington, Shawn Kelly, Melissa Kelly and Ryan Kelly, all of Whitman and Meghan Kelly and Patrick Kelly of East Bridgewater. She was the great-grandmother of Erin and Justin Banks of Norwood. She was the sister of Louis Tedeschi and his wife Mary of Roxbury and aunt to many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to West Acres Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility in Brockton for their care and compassion to both Bea and her family. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 4 - 8 p.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home, South Weymouth at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hosp.). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Bridgets Church, Abington at 10:30 a.m. Burial in St. Josephs Cemetery, West Roxbury. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Beatrice may be made to West Acres Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility, 804 Pleasant Street, Brockton, MA 02301. See www.
