Rita (Kelly) Wynne, 88, of Braintree, passed away June 29 2013 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Dorchester she had been a resident of Braintree for 54 years. Rita had worked as a Registered Nurse at Boston City Hospital, Quincy City Hospital and Norfolk County Hospital in Braintree for many years retiring in 1982. Beloved wife of Francis Wynne to whom she was married to for 63 years. Loving mother of Marie DiBlasi and her husband Steven of Duxbury, Francis Wynne of Braintree and the late Michael Wynne. Sister of Sister Barbara Kelly SC of Roslindale, Margaret McLaughlin of Quincy, Joseph Kelly of Dedham and the late Thomas and John Kelly and Mary Morton. Dear grandmother of Michael and his wife Jennifer, Francis and Steven DiBlasi. Great-grandmother of Rosalie and Dominic DiBlasi. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Wednesday, July 3 at 10 a.m. in the Church of St. Clare, 1244 Liberty St., Braintree Highlands. Visiting hours are omitted. Interment New Calvary Cemetery Mattapan. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the Sisters of Charity 125 Oakland St., Wellesley Hills, MA 02481. Arrangements are under the direction of the McMaster Funeral Home, 86 Franklin St. (Rte. 37), Braintree.
