Frances (Kelly) Blouin, 90, died Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at the Taber Street Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Edward R. Blouin.
Born in Westford, she was the daughter of the late William and Sarah (Smith) Kelly.

She lived in New Bedford for many years before moving to Wareham where she was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church. For four years she was a resident of Sunrise Assisted Living Community of Dartmouth where her caregivers were so kind. She was at the Taber Street Nursing Home for a short time and received excellent care by a loving staff.

Frances worked as a bookkeeper at the Acushnet Process Company for 38 years, retiring in 1979. She was a loving daughter, for many years caring for her aging parents, a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her greatest joy was being with her family. In her later years, the births of her five great-grandchildren brought her much happiness.
