ALTMAN, DEBRA ANN "Debbie"age 57 of Leeds, Alabama died Friday, January 7, 2011. Funeral Services will be Friday, January 14, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Cedar Grove Baptist Church with Reverend Billy Abrams officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Leeds. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds. Debbie was born on February 2, 1953 in Leeds, AL. She will always be remembered for her determination and deep love for her family. Though our hearts hold deep sadness at the loss of our beloved mother, it also holds the blessing of the life we shared and the love that will always be a part of us. Survivors include her daughter, Tamatha Patterson of Trussville, AL; her son, Michael Altman of Leeds, AL; two sisters, Brenda Witte of Leeds and Tammy Metcalf of Trussville; three beloved grandsons, Wesley Patterson, Andrew Patterson and Jeremy Patterson of Trussville, AL; also aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Altman, Jr.; parents, Lee and Ruby Kendrick; her brother, Jimmy Kendrick; her nieces Amy Hunsinger and Courtney Metcalf; and her nephew, David Kendrick.
