The family and friends of Patricia A. Banot (nee Kerrigan), 79, will meet for a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Monday, at St. Catherine of Siena Church in West Dundee.
She passed away quietly Thursday, Feb. 27, 2003, at Friendship Village.
Burial will be private.
Pat's life and happiness were her family. Her grandchildren truly knew what a grandma's love meant. Besides her hugs and kisses, Pat's spaghetti and meatball dinners, birthday lunches and a variety of Christmas cookies will be a treasured memory.
Pat was a special mom to Dale (Sharyn) and Judy (Dennis); and a loving grandmother to Erick (Rachel), Kathy, Susy (Nate) and Michelle (Bill). She was especially blessed by her great-grandson, Kyle, and the birth of her first great-granddaughter, Savanah. Many a good day was spent with her sister, Bea, and niece, Donna, as well as special friends, Pete and Rose.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Raymond, and many sisters and brothers.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, at the Miller Funeral Home, 504 W. Main St., West Dundee, and from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass Monday, at the church.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances to Hospice of Northeastern Illinois, 410 S. Hager Ave., Barrington, IL 60010, would be appreciated.
