KEYES, Clarence C.

BARTON - Clarence C. Keyes, 80. died yesterday at his home. A native of Barton he was a son of Mrs. Mary G. Keyes and the late Richard Keyes. Mr. Keyes had been state supervisor of the U. S. Department of Labor for the past 33 years. He was a member of Allegany Lodge A F and A M; Kelly-Mansfield Post, American Legion, Piedmont, and American Legion Post 189 here; a charter member of Barton Fire Company and a member of First Presbyterian Church. He was a World War I veteran. Besides his mother he is survived by his wife, Catherine (Mansfield) Keyes: three brothers, Albert and Nelson Keyes, Lonaconing. and Richard Keyes, Barton. The body is at the Boal Funeral Home and will be taken to the residence this afternoon. A service will be conducted at Presbyterian Church Monday at 2 p. m. by Rev. George Roberts. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills. The body will be taken to the church at noon on Monday.
