Matilda Crandell, 92, of Maple Lawn Nursing Home, Eureka, formerly of Minonk and California, died at 12:45 a.m. Wednesday, January 21, 1987 at the nursing home.
She was born September 17, 1894, in Minonk, a daughter of Daniel W. and Christine Uphoff Knapp. She married LeRoy Crandell in June 1930. He died in 1970.
Survivors include one sister, Ruth Knapp, Minonk.
Two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
She was a member of St Paul's United Church of Christ, Minonk. Mrs Crandell was a retired teacher.
