Mrs. Josephine Kondratowicz of Hazelkirk Road. Monongahela R. D. 2, died today at 12:35 a.m. in Monongahela Memorial Hospital after a lingering illness.
Born in Poland she was the daughter of the late Frank and Anna Sulima. She had lived in Monongahela since 1910. Mrs. Kondratowicz was a member of St. Anthony R. C. Church Monongaheiltas, Christian Mothers and the Third Order of St. Francis.
Her husband, August, died in 1951. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Victoria) O'Lexa of Monongahela two sons, John and Theodore of Monongahela R.D. 2, eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at L. M. Frye Funeral Home. Monongahela, after 2 p.m. tomorrow.
