MARRIED - BANES-KRAUS - At St. Peter's church in this city at nine o'clock Tuesday morning, September 23rd, 1913, Mr. John A. Banes of the town of Westford and Miss Matilda F. Krause of the town of Calamus.

The ceremony was performed by the pastor. Rev. Geo. J. Muenzer, in the presence of a large assemblage of relatives and friends of the contracting parties. The bride, who is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Krause, was attired in a gown of white chermeuse and brocaded marquisette and carried a bouquet of white roses. She was attended by her sister, Miss Lillian Krause, as maid of honor and Miss Elizabeth Banes, sister of the groom, as bridesmaid, the former wearing yellow crepe de chien and the latter pink crepe de chien.

The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Banes of the town of Westford and is a progressive young farmer. He was attended by Mr. Herman Krause, brother of the bride and Mr. John Cunningham of this city.

Following the ceremony a wedding dinner and reception were held at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Edward Amen, 318 Fourth street, this city, after which the newly married couple left on the evening train on a week's honeymoon trip to Milwaukee and Chicago.

Both young people are popular in their locality and have many friends who will join us in extending congratulations and best wishes for a happy and prosperous married life.

Mr. and Mrs. Banes will reside on a farm in the town of Westford.
