Myrtle M. Anderson, 73, of Coldwater, died Friday, September 29, 2000, at Community Health Center of Branch County in Coldwater.

Mrs. Anderson was born April 15, 1927, in Albion, to Henry A.F and Myrtle Alice (DeForest) Kreger.

She married on February 23, 1946, in Albion. The marriage ended in divorce.

Mrs. Anderson was a former resident of the Albion and Homer area.

She graduated from Washington Gardner High School in 1945.

She enjoyed bowling, cards, sewing and crocheting. She also enjoyed her family.

Survivors include a son, Rex Anderson ; two daughters, Linda (Curt) Shaffer and Janet Seiler ; five grandchildren; and a sister, Dorothy Kellogg .

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Gladys Wirebaugh and Mildred Smith.

A memorial service was held Tuesday, October 3, at the Homer Chapel of Tidd-Williams Funeral Chapels, with the Rev. James Brazell officiating.
