Berneda M. Kreger, 90, passed away Monday, Jan. 31, 2011, at the Susquehanna Regional Medical Center.
She was born March 25, 1920, in East Point, Pa., the daughter of Royal W. Fulkerson and Velma H. Morgan.
Berneda was the wife of the late Kenneth James Kreger, with whom she shared 36 years of marriage prior to his passing in 1973.
She enjoyed doing crafts and yelling "Bingo" on bingo night, she was very proud of her bingo booties!
Berneda loved her little ones - grandchildren and she was an avid holiday decorator.
She is survived by two sons, Milton G. (Mary Jo) of Knoxville, Tenn. and Terry L. (Myra) of Arnot, Pa.; a daughter, Sonja M. (Robert) Hughes of Trout Run; a daughter-in-law, JoAnn Kreger of Liberty; 16 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren; five step grandchildren; 24 step great-grandchildren.
Berneda was predeceased by a son, Alvin F. Kreger and a brother, Laverne Fulkerson.
Relatives and friends are invited to Berneda's Life Celebration service at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, at the James C. Maneval Funeral Home, Ltd., "A Life Celebration Home," 500 W. Fourth St., Williamsport, with Rev. Gwen N. Bernstine officiating. Family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in East Point Cemetery.
