She had a great love of children, spending most of her years devoting her time to the care of children in her daycares that she owned. Her other passion was being organist for many of the parishes she attended. She also taught catechism, was on Parish Council and produced many pageants and plays. She had true of love of Christ and the Blessed Mother, this love caused her to start writing. She was a published author of religious-based books, as well as writing children stories as well. Her other hobbies were water-color painting, and creating rugs. Throughout her life she had many health challenges, but always was determined to fight and win.
