Mrs. Cora Barger Called in Death
Former Muscatine Resident Succumbs at Home of Daughter in Eldon.
Mrs. Cora Barger, a former Muscatine resident, died Wednesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Otto Teufel, Eldon Ia., relatives here were informed.
Cora Lamar was reared in Muscatine and spent most of her life here, leaving about six years ago for Eldon where she has made her home since. She married A. J. Barger, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Teufel of Eldon, and Mrs. Claude Clark of Palmdale, Calif., and two brothers, John Lamar of Barron, Wis., and Frank Lamar of Muscatine.
The body will be brought to Muscatine Saturday for funeral services which will be held at the United Brethren church, Saturday at 3 p.m.
Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
