At an early age, she accepted Christ as her personal Savior and joined the Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Albany, GA. She served faithfully as the Mother of the Church until her health failed.
She was a self-employed Restaurant Owner for many years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons Mack Lee Dyson, Sr. and Willie C. Green; one daughter, Catherine Dyson; two grandsons, Mack Lee Dyson, Jr. and Costella Dyson; four sisters and four brothers.
Precious and beautiful memories will be forever cherished by her son, Roger (Jacqueline) Butler; her grandchildren, Stephanie Butler, Rovondi Butler, Mrs. Kenya Clark (Brian), Vernita Dyson, one grandson Roger T. Butler; two sisters, several great grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and dear friends.
