Nancy Langtry Crosby died Feb. 17, 2016.
She is survived by her daughter, Lori Crosby and companion Steve Youngs, Henderson, NY; a son Daniel Crosby and companion Cynthia Puckett of Newark, NY; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Crosby was predeceased by her parents, John S (Jack) and E. Mae Langtry, her husband, Francis (Pat) Crosby, and her brother John S Jr. (Butch) Langtry.
She was born on Jan. 8, 1940 in Ogdensburg to John and E. Mae Carter Langtry. She graduated from Morristown Central School in 1957, SUNY Potsdam in 1961 and graduate work in administration at St. Lawrence University.
Nancy taught school in the Ogdensburg City School District;
then the Morristown Central School.
She married Francis (Pat) Crosby on June 15, 1958 in Ogdensburg. A memorial service will be held in Holiday Park, FL. Graveside services in the Sunnyside Cemetery in Morristown.
