Ruby Lankford Kipper, 88, of 5251 Revere Drive died Tuesday in a hospital. She was a native of Franklin and was the
widow of John T.R. Kipper. She attended First Church of Christ Scientist of Norfolk.
Survivors include three sons, James Raymond Kipper, Heywood Elmer Kipper and John R Kipper Sr., all of Norfolk; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday
in Riverside Memorial Park by J. H. Jones.
The family will be at Hollomon-Brown
Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
