Marguerite is the daughter of Jacques Leblanc and Catherine Boudreau dit Boudrot. She married Jean Lejeune in about 1748, in Saint-Charles-des-Mines. She and all of their children died en route to France during the Acadian expulsion. Exiled together in their group were:
