Funeral service for the late Carolyn Boderick will be held 1:00 P.M on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at White Chapel Freewill Holiness Church in Johnsonville, SC. Interment will follow in the White Chapel Cemetery in Johnsonville, SC directed by Nesmith~Pinckney Funeral Home, Inc.

Mrs. Carolyn Lenin Boderick, daughter of the Late Richard and Inez Lenin was born on October 18, 1942 in Charleston, SC. On December 21, 2012, God sent his angels to bring her to her home in Paradise.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Early Knight and a brother, Leroy Linen.

Sis. Carolyn attended Charleston County public schools and although she didn't receive a diploma, she was a wise and educated woman. She attended the Church of Christ located in Charleston, SC, before she moved to Johnsonville in 1990. Sis. Carolyn became a member of White Chapel Freewill Holiness Church, and was a member of the Missionary Board, Usher Board, Gospel Choir, Women's Auxiliary, and Marriage Ministry. She served the Lord faithfully until He called her home.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband John of the home, and eight children: Cynthia (Walter) Mack of Hemingway, SC, Jackie (Lamont) Woods of Cleveland, OH, Patrice (Conrad) Mabery of Cleveland, OH, Samuel (Devena) Hamilton, Camille Hamilton, Jaques (Debbie) Hamilton, Quincin (Tera) Hamilton and Joanaira (Terrell) Lemon; one brother, Clarence Linen of Cleveland, OH; two brothers-in-law, Willie Boderick and David Boderick; two sisters-in-law, Onether Boderick and Daisy Jones; twenty-six grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren, a special aunt, Wilhelmina Wilcher of Charleston, SC; a favorite cousin, Willie (Janie) Wilcher, Jr. of Charleston, SC; two special friends, Bessie Mae Chandler and Everlena Jacobs; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
