Aloysius (Allie) Lewinski, 76, of 1606 N. Brookfield died at 3:45 p.m. Sunday in St. Joseph's Hospital after a short illness. Lewinski retired in 1965 from the Studebaker Corp., having worked there 40 years. Born June 22, 1899 in South Bend, he had lived here his lifetime.
On Nov. 24, 1921, he married Lillian Wegner, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lorraine Hecklinski of South Bend; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Chester and Charles, and two sisters, Mrs. Natalie Seach and Mrs. Mary Jo Shisler, all of South Bend.
