She was born in Providence the youngest child of the late Harrison T. and Mary (Simms) Lincoln. She lived in Providence for the last 5 years, previously living in Suitland, MD and Herndon, VA. Prior to her retirement in 1977, she was employed by the Department of Health, Education and Welfare in Washington, DC.
She is survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and family members and friends. She was the sister of the late Harrison T. Lincoln, Jr., Mildred B. Nicholas-Brown, Dorothy M. Doyle and Orlando D. Lincoln.
Her memorial service was private. Inurnment took place at Arlington National Cemetery.
