McClure, IL - Barney Wilburn Lincoln, 63 years old, died Friday of an apparent heart attack at his home there. He was born July 6, 1910 at Marble Hill, MO.
In 1937 he married Etta Marie Miller at Farmington, MO. Mr. Lincoln was a security guard at the Globe-Democrat building in St. Louis for many years. He was also employed at Nordberg Manufacturing Co. and Armour Agriculture-Chemical Co., Granite CIty.
He moved to McClure three years ago from the St. Louis area. Surviving: His wife; daughter, Billie Jean Brown, Belville; stepson, Francis Brown Jr.; East St. Louis, brothers Carson Lincoln, Campbell, MO and Virgil Lincoln, Rockford; sister Mfs. Clola Branum, Cardwell, MO, and six grandchildren.
