He since had lived on the Long farm. Mr. Lincoln was one of the leading citizens of the community and until his health failed was active in the Bethlehem Christian Church at Tenth Legion.
Besides his widow, he is survived by four children, Mrs. W. B. Robertson, Rutherfordton, N. C.; Clarence Lincoln, U. S. Army, Honolulu; Mrs. Earl P. Heatwole, Arlington, and Julian Lincoln, at home. He also leaves a granddaughter, Mary Ella Robertson; and two sisters, Mrs. Robert W. Bradford, Harrisonburg, and Mrs. S. S. Gordon, Providence, R. I.; two brothers, Dr. J. E. Lincoln and Prof. J. J. Lincoln, preceded him to the grave.
