Mrs. Inga (Tillie) Anderson of Evansville, Minn., was born March 29, 1885 in Lund township, Douglas county, Minn. She died Sept. 7, 1968 at the Douglas County hospital in Alexandria.
The funeral was held Wednesday, Sept. 11, 1968 at 2 p.m. at the Christine Lake Lutheran church, the Rev. Vernon Serenius officiating. Interment was in the Christine Lake Lutheran church cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters: Mrs. Oscar (Blanche) Alstad of Fergus Falls and Mrs. Harold (Pearl) Angel of St. Paul; one son, Harvey of Evansville; 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one daughter.
Mrs. Willie Anderson was born and raised in Lund township. She also lived with her family for a time in Evansville township. She was united in marriage to Oscar Anderson in Lund township on Jan. 30, 1904. They farmed in Lund township until the death of Mr. Anderson in 1955. Mrs. Anderson continued to make her home on the farm after her husband's death.
