Mrs. Calbetzor was born in Virginia, a daughter of the late William Hampton Linkous, Sr. and Mary Burgess Linkous. She was a licensed practical nurse and served during World War II in the Army - Air Corps. She was a life member of the DAV and of the Baptist Faith.
Surviving are her son, Michael Stephen "Steve" Calbetzor and his wife, Jean Marie, of Easley; daughters, Mary Jean Fish and her husband, Jim, of Easley and Rhonda Lee Hancock and her husband, Harry, of Brooksville, Florida; a sister, Geraldine Wilson of Weeki Wachee, Florida; grandchildren, Richard James Fish of Thailand, James Eugene Fish of Easley, Jonathan David Calbetzor of Ocala, Florida, Karyn Michelle Calbetzor of Easley, Christopher Allen Calbetzor of South Bend, Indiana, Raeshawnna Jean Calbetzor of Easley, Rebecca Jean Horvath of Easley, Donald John "D.J." Horvath of Indianapolis, Indiana, Melissa Leigh Hancock of Boston, Massachusetts, and Jessica Maryn Hancock of Seattle, Washington; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Edwin Calbetzor; and a brother, William Hampton Linkous, Jr.
Funeral services will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road, with the Reverend Roy McCall officiating. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens, with military rites at the graveside. Visitation will be from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
The family is at the home of Mary and Jim Fish, 109 Wildberry Court, Easley, SC. Memorials may be made to Dove Broadcasting, 3409 Rutherford Road, Taylors, SC 29687.
