Mrs. Elizabeth L. Adloff

Mrs. Eliazabeth Louise Adloff, 74 of 1423 College St., died at 3;30 p.m. yesterday at St. John's hospital where she had been a patient for the last eight weeks. She had been ill since last October.
Mrs. Adloff was born Nov. 29,1875, in Germany. When she was 18 years old she came to the United States and settled at Beardstown where she resided for six months. She then came to Springfield where she had since resided.
She was a member of the Oak Leaf Rebekah Lodge, Flower City chapter 152, O.E.S., and St. John's Lutheran church.
Surviving are her husband, Emil H; two sons, Oscar C., city, Hilton E., Los Angeles, Calif.,; three daughters, Mrs. Robert Cappellin, city; Mrs. Harry M. Schnirring, Mechanicsburg; Mrs. Owen A. Hiles, Indianapolis, Ind.; one brother in Germany; five grand-children and one great-grandchild. Remains were removed to the Ellinger & Kunz funeral home.
