Leona was employed at Potato Service in Presque Isle for many years. She enjoyed being a homemaker, loved to cook, and especially enjoyed family gatherings on Sundays. She was a lifetime member of Hayward-Frazier Ladies Auxiliary Post # 2599.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Franklin L. Curtis, three sons, Leonard Curtis, Gary Curtis, Richard Curtis and his wife Lorraine all of Presque Isle; four daughters, Katherine Curtis, Tammy Curtis; Brenda Hafford and her husband Tim all of Presque Isle; Penny McDonald and her husband Fred of Mars Hill. She is also survived by two brothers, Lewis Little and his wife Sylvia of Fort Fairfield and Larry Little and his wife Joyce of Presque Isle; seven sisters; Lila Day; Bonnie Johnson; Lois Griffin and her husband Kenneth; Ruby Lafrance and her husband Roger; Darlene Ouellette and her husband Dale all of Presque Isle; Wilma McGrath and her husband Earl Sr. of Mapleton; Gail Feichtner and her husband Frank of Pennsylvania; ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; sixty seven nieces and nephews.
Predeceasing her were four brothers; Robert; Raymond; Roger; and Paul Little as well as a sister Carla Little.
