BUCKWALTER, Beulah “Pauline” (Logan), age 93 passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Liberty of Englewood.

She was born July 2, 1921 in Petersville, KY, the third of five children, to the late George & Effie (Prater) Logan. Pauline was a Dayton resident over 70 years and attended the North Riverdale Grace Brethren Church for many years.

She was employed at Virginia Cafeteria, Univis Lens, Reese Optical, and Focke’s Packing.

Preceded in death by her husband, James; her sister, Thelma Roberts and brother, George W. Logan, Pauline is survived by her sisters, Viola Webb of FL and June Tomchin of Dayton; her son, Kendall (Pat) Buckwalter of Vandalia; grandson, Neil (Rose Dix) Buckwalter of Tipp City; nephew, Rick Webb of CA; niece Pat Stietz (John) of CA; and brother-in-law, Leo Roberts of CA.

Pauline was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, homemaker, skilled seamstress, cook, decorator, and crafter.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am, Tuesday, November 25 at the Morton & Whetstone

Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 4-7 pm.
