Marie was born in Everett and educated in the Malden School system graduating with the Class of 1940. Mrs. Acquaviva was a communicant of St. Joseph's Parish and a member of the Women's Guild. Marie enjoyed making ceramics, was a great cook, and a loving mother, she truly enjoyed caring for her family. Marie had been a resident of Malden for the last thirty-six years and was formerly of the North End of Boston. She is survived by her son Mark J. Acquaviva. She was preceded in death by her husband, Savino J. Acquaviva, her parents, Domenic and Margaret (Tosti) Lombardi, her son Joseph J. Acquaviva, her sister Jeanette Schena, and her brother Mark Lombardi.
