Christine A. Barone (nee Lombardi), 72, of Ledgewood passed away on Feb. 27, 2009.
Visitation is at the Leonardis Memorial Home, 210 Ridgedale Ave., Florham Park, on Sunday and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral is on Tuesday, assembling at 10 a.m., followed by a service at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
Christine was born in Orange and lived for many years in East Hanover before moving to Ledgewood 12 years ago.
She worked for many years as a sales representative for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Roseland.
Christine was the devoted mother of Enrico D. Barone and Gina J. Gallagher and her husband, Louis Altonjy; loving grandmother of Marissa and Gabrielle Barone; dear sister of Mario Lombardi, Joan Calderone and the late Ralph and Albert Lombardi, and beloved friend and ex-wife of Pat Barone.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
