Helen Louise Fregosi 85 years of age died on Aug. 26, 2006 following a short illness, in Brentwood, CA. Helen was a native of San Mateo, CA and had lived in Tracy for the past 63 years. Helen was an avid cook, canner and was a great pie baker, loved to knit. She was married to Armelio "BABE" Fregosi. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and her Quail Lodge friends.
