Mary Lou Ludden, 84, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2016, at Pine Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born January 28, 1932, in Sebree, Kentucky, to the late Matthew and Effie (Littlepage) Sellers.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who devoted her life to her family and raising her six children.
Mary was preceded in death in 1977, by her husband, Sherman Thomas; two brothers; and four sisters.
She is survived by her daughters, Charlotte Loegering, Gail (Ron) Bucher and Christine (Scott) Reid; sons, Jay, Tom (Julie) and Tim (Mary Ann) Ludden; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Faye Daughtery, Wanda (Ted) North and Sue Reid; and brother, Donny (Kaye) Sellers.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at Alexander West Chapel, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Tuesday from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
