Mrs. Edwin Lynes
Alice Coleman, wife of Edwin Lynes, departed this life Saturday morning, December 24th at her home in Westford after an illness of several months.
She was a home-loving woman devoted to her family by whom she was tenderly loved. She was a devoted member of the Episcopal church, a true Christian and was entirely reconciled to her passing from this life to her heavenly home. She will long be remembered by her friends and neighbors to whom she was very dear.
Surviving besides her husband are two sons, John, residing in Westford and William, residing at Delanson. The funeral was held from the home, Tuesday afternoon. Louis J. Holmes, lay reader of St. Timothy's church officiated. Mrs. Roseboom and Mrs. Van Alstine sang two. beautiful hymns and the bier of the dear wife and mother covered with beautiful flowers was taken to Westville and placed beside a little daughter who died many years ago.—Our Westford Reporter.

Gravesite Details
The year of death on the headstone is incorrect. I have the obit from the newspaper with the date of publicaton Dec 30, 1921. I then checked with a 1921 calendar for the day and date of death and the obit is correct.
