Mrs. Guy Millar, 84, a former Manitowoc resident, died Monday at Memphis, Tenn.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at
10 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Very Rev. Msgr. Alfred A.
Schneider will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Millar, nee Hannah Gehbe, was born Oct. 17, 1886, at Clark Mills, daughter
of the late Frank and Anna Gehbe. She was married to Guy Millar March 17, 1919,
at Superior. Her husband preceded her in death April 2, 1938. Mrs. Millar was a
member of the Christian Mothers Altar Society of St. Boniface Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Ralph (Jane) Groves, of Memphis and Mrs.
Henry (Rose) Wagner, of Manitowoc and six grandchildren. Two brothers and three
sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday where a Memorial
service will be held at 8 p.m. by the Christian Mothers Altar Society and friends.
