Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Phipps Memorial Chapel of First
Presbyterian Church, Manitowoc, the Rev. Gervase Zanotti officiating. Burial
will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Mlada was born April 27, 1890, at Manitowoc, son of the late Joseph and
Mary Cizek Mlada. He married Hazel Runge May 12, 1912, at Manitowoc. The
couple resided at Manitowoc since then. He was employed in Mirro Aluminum
Co. shipping office from 1912 until his retirement in 1955. He was a member
of First Presbyterian Church and a former elder of Riverview Chapel of the
church. He was a past member of Manitowoc Masonic Lodge and Eastern Star.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, Edward and Robert, of Manitowoc, three
grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A daughter, two sisters, a half-
sister and a half-brother preceded him in death.
Memorials may be sent to First Presbyterian Church.
Friends may call at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc, until 10:30 a.m. Friday when
the casket will be moved to Phipps Memorial chapel where the body will lie in
state until the hour of service. Manitowoc Masonic Lodge will conduct memorial
services at 7:30 o'clock this Thursday evening at the funeral home.
