Mrs. Hulda Gensmann, 84, 706 S. Fourth Ave., Wausau, died Saturday at 9:40 p.m. at a Wausau hospital after a long illness. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Helke West Chapel, Wausau. The Rev. David Buzza, First Prebyterian Church, Wausau, will officiate and burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call now at the funeral home.
The former Hulda Machel was born July 20, 1884, in Wausau, daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Herman Machel Sr. On Oct. 10, 1903, in Town of Maine, she was married to Edward Gensmann, who died Sept. 25, 1948.
Survivors include fours sons, Leo, Norman, and Elmer, all of Wausau, and Leonard, Albuquerque, NM; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Hanke, and Mrs. Emma Kluetz, both of Wausau; a brother, Robert of Wausau, and one granddaughter.
