Betty J. Magennis of Hamilton passed away March 22, 2012. She was 81.

Mrs. Magennis was born in Mt. Holly and has been a Hamilton area resident most of her life.

She loved baking and gardening and was retired from Pathmark.

She was the daughter of the late William S. and Leona B. Bedwell Pullen, and wife of the late Jack Magennis.

Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Raymond Kaelin of Medford; her son, John K. Magennis of Hamilton; four grandchildren: Jason Kaelin, Shannon Kaelin, Michael Magennis and Matthew Kaelin; her sister and brother-in-law, Nancy L. and David Breece of Yardley, Pa.; two nephews, David and Donald Breece.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad St., Hamilton.

Interment will be in Colonial Memorial Park.

Relatives and friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
