"Clarence E. Maharg, forty-three, died at his home, 532 East Front street, Lititz, at 11:15 p. m. Monday of a complication of diseases after an illness of seven months. He is survived by his wife who was Ella Eltonhead before marriage, and these children: Thomas, Elizabeth, Margarete, Clarence, Edward and Joanne, all at home; also his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Maharg, Spring City, Pa.; and two sisters, Mrs. Edward Scharles, Philadelphia; and Mrs. Clarence Springer, Royersford. He was a member of the Reformed church, Pottstown, and was tenor soloist at the First M. E. church, this city, for a number of years.
Services will be held at the Spacht funeral parlors, Lititz, at 2 p. m. (DT) Thursday and interment will be in Machpelah cemetery. Friends may call at Spacht's from 7 to 9 p. m. Wednesday (today)."
