Mrs. Anderson was born May 26, 1921, in Sedan, N.M., to Melvin and Bertha (Hawkins) Marney.
She married Harry Anderson in Fair Oaks, Calif., on April 22, 1948.
They lived in many communities throughout the United States until retiring and moving to Klamath Falls in 1966.
Her husband preceded her in death on Jan. 24, 1988, and she moved to the Eugene area in 1993.
Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker. She enjoyed quilting, cooking, camping and being with her grandchildren.
She was a member of the Klamath Falls Church of God's quilting group and a Grand National Quilt Maker.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Vanish of Eugene and Janice Pierce of White City; son, Brad Anderson of Vancouver, Wash.; sisters, Joy Lancaster of LaGrande, Zola Newton of Williams, Calif., Bernice Vogler of Vacaville, Calif., and Ferdie Louise Sleeper of Portland; brothers, Bob Marney of Yakima, Wash. and Joe Marney of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.
