Funeral will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Finley's Rose chapel with private interment at Riverview cemetery mausoleum. Rev. H. James Jenkins will officiate.
Mrs. Kelly was born July 4, 1901, in Manitoba, Canada. She moved to Portland 29 years ago.
Survivors include the widower, Wilbert J.; sisters, Mrs. Alice Emerick of Maryland, Blanche Martin of Vancouver, B. C., Mrs. Phyllis Robertson of Portland and a brother, Earl Martin, Portland.
