Mary Frasco, 83, of Ortley Beach, died Tuesday, June 9, 2009, at Manchester Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Toms River. Born in Newark, Mrs. Frasco came to this area in 1976 from East Orange. For many years, she was a ticketer for Style Craft Clothing, West Orange. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Seaside Heights, a lifetime member of Deborah Hospital, a member of The Policemen's and Firemen's Association Local #8, East Orange, a past member of the Seaside Heights Italian American Club, the Moose Club of Ortley Beach, and the Ortley Beach Seniors Club.
The wife of the late Jerry, Mrs. Frasco Masi Frasco is survived by her son, Jerry Frasco Jr.; her daughter, Joanne Tomaszewski and her husband Ray; a brother, Tony Masi; and two grandchildren, Dana and Raymond Tomaszewski.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, June 11 at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 706 Highway 35 North, Lavallette. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Friday, June 12 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Seaside Heights. Interment will be in Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
