ADDISON ELI MASON IS IN AN UNMARKED GRAVE BESIDE HIS 2ND WIFE LOU JONES∼The Huntsville Times, Tuesday, September 23, 1947: Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday for Addison Eli Mason, who died last night at 10:30 o’clock at his residence, Route 1, Elora, Tenn. Services will be held from the Oakley church, with the Rev. Mr. Gwathney officiating. Spry funeral home will be in charge of burial, in Miller cemetery. Survivors include four sons, Bob, Luther, Charlie and Eli, all of Elora; one daughter, Mrs. Lela Sharp of New Hope; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
