She was a press operator for Big Yank Corp., retiring in 1975. She attended Pine Flat Methodist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Coleman Funeral Home Chapel in Oxford with Bro. R.W. Moffett and Bro. Tony Smith officiating.
Burial will follow in the Pine Flat Cemetery in Lafayette County.
Survivors include four sons, Don Wren and John Wren, both of Oxford, Billy Wren of Senatobia and Cleve Carroll of Tupelo; three daughters, Elizabeth Young of Oxford, Louise Cagle of Hernando and Nancy Carroll of Tennessee; one sister, Lottie Mason of Tennessee; 16 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Grover Carroll; her parents, Sidney and Violet Mason; and two daughters, Linda Alexander and Cora Lee Carroll.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 4830 McWillie Circle, Jackson, MS 39206.
