Daughter of David and Mary Critcher Mathias, she was married, lived at 6 Parker Ave, Rocky Grove, died there of cirrhosis of liver, per death certificate 59068, whose informant was John Amigh, and which gives a birth date of Sep 3 1856.
Cemetery records give her birth date as May 9 1866.
The 1900 census says she was born Sep 1866.

Per Pennsylvania Church Records, on Aug 19 1871 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Kittanning, Mary Ellen Matthias, 5, daughter of David and Mary Matthias, was baptized.

Franklin News-Herald, Saturday, May 12 1923:
Mrs. Mary E. Amigh, 56, died at 8:25 pm Friday at her home, 6 Parker Avenue. She was born September 3, 1866, at Kittanning.

She lived most of her life in this vicinity, in Franklin more than 40 years.

Surviving are her husband, J. A. Amigh, of Parker Avenue; three children, Miss Anna Amigh, at home, George Amigh of Franklin, and Mrs. V. P. Bunce Jr. of Franklin; 4 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Belle Podd of Kittanning, and Mrs. Anna Haskin of Port Allegheny.

Services will be at 2 pm Monday. Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.
