Martha "Pauline" Mathias, 91, of 1003 Misty Court, Harrisonburg, Va., died Monday, Nov. 20, 2000.

She was born Nov. 3, 1909, in Broadway, Va., to William H. and Sara Catherine (Boswell) Mathias. Her husband, Leo Biller, preceded her in death June 15, 1981
Her Mother Sarah Catherine Boswell Mathias Went by her moms maiden name Boswell but later on she used her fathers last Name Strawderman and alot of her kids death certificates had Strawderman on them.

Surviving are five daughters, Helen Biller, Mary Lee Dean, Berniece Hensley and Beverly Stayner, all of Harrisonburg and Patricia Turner of Fulks Run, Va.; two sons, Leo B. Biller Jr. of Harrisonburg and William F. Biller of Timberville, Va.; 12 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by a son, Theodore M. Billerand a grandson, Charles Douglas Dean.

Mrs. Biller retired from Rockingham Memorial Hospital, at the age of 70.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Chapel of the Lindsey, Harrisonburg Funeral Home, with Dr. J.D. Glick and the Rev. C. Reynolds Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be 7-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the First Church of the Brethren, 315 S. Dogwood Drive, Harrisonburg, Va. 22801.
