She was born Nov. 29, 1931, in Columbus, Kansas, to William Ray and Mildred E. Correll-Mayfield.
Survivors include a brother, Larry Mayfield, and wife, Becky, of Hallsville, MO; a sister, Shirley Kay Elliott, and husband, Tom, of Chetopa, KS.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, rural Columbus, Kansas.
