Inez M. Austin, 73, of Pensacola died Saturday, Oct 22, 1994, in Pensacola. A native of Altoona, Ala., Mrs. Inez has been a resident of Pensacola since 1970. She had worked as a clerk at Ross's Mini Mart and was a carrier for the Pensacola News Journal. Mrs. Austin was a member of the Innerarity Baptist Church and was active with the Eastern Star. Survivors include her husband, Edward "Frank" Austin of Pensacola; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas L. and Ellen Jones of Pleasant Grove, Ala.; stepson and wife, Ernest G. and Nancy Austin of Long Beach, Calif.; two stepdaughters and husbands, Mary E. and Ronnie Ray of Oxnard, Calif., and Marie A. and Robert L. Corker of Pensacola; a sister, Nell Bynum of Altoona; two grandsons, Robert E. Corker and family and Richard E. Corker and family, both of Pensacola; six great-grandchildren; two additional grandchildren; and a host of loved ones and friends in Alabama and Florida. Funeral services will be in the Pine Grove Methodist Church in Altoona. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery. Oak Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
